Alberta's Condominium Property Amendment Act was passed in late 2014, with some changes coming into effect in early 2018.  However, the work does not end there as regulations are required to govern daily condo living, including improvements to voting rules, notices of & ways to attend general meetings, access to condo documents, improved financial accountability, strengthening how reserve funds are managed as well as dealing with insurance requirements and rental deposits.  Have your say by providing feedback on the draft Condominium Property Regulations by completing the online survey by July 31 here:
