Travis Bradberry's article on the "secret to productivity" as answered by 200 ultra-successful people is very interesting, with suggestions which could be easily adoptable. I use to-do lists and the suggestion to throw them away and schedule everything in your calendar instead is something that I am going to try. I'm sure that I am like many of you when the to-do list only grows along with the stress of the undone items.
You can’t make more minutes in the day, but you can increase your energy to increase your attention, focus, and productivity. Highly successful people don’t skip meals, sleep, or breaks in the pursuit of more, more, more. Instead, they view food as fuel, sleep as recovery, and breaks as opportunities to recharge in order to get even more done.
